The Strengthening Citizens Advocacy and Civic Engagement through Technology (SCACE-TECH) is a technologically driven accountability advocacy which enables the Executive, Legislature and citizens to use the App to track all abandoned projects, reach out to their elected representative and participate in subsequent budget process to avoid having new projects abandoned. The App can also be used to track ongoing projects.
